Bubble and Shine Day is coming up on May 1st!

Vidalia Lower will celebrate the end of our Accelerated Reader program for the 2014-2015 school year on Friday, May 1st with our 4th annual Bubble and Shine Day.  Students may bring a bottle of bubbles and wear sunglasses to school so that we can "bubble" with excitement and "shine" with pride over our AR accomplishments for the year.

It is a great pleasure of mine to be the principal here at Vidalia Lower. My office is always open, and I welcome you to our campus.

Ms. Betty Johnson,  VLE Assistant Principal
I am writing this to share how excited I am to join the Vidalia Lower Elementary School as your new Assistant Principal.  I feel honored and privileged to join the VLE community.  I believe teamwork and open communication are very important and know that together we will continue to ensure a positive and productive learning environment for our students.
During the course of the 2014-2015 school year, it is my hope that we will work together to provide the students of VLE the best possible opportunities in preparing them to be world-class citizens ready to conquer the challenges of the 21st century.  I am excited to help support the students, parents, teachers and community of Vidalia Lower Elementary, and I look forward to meeting and working with each of you in the coming weeks.  My door will always be open, and I welcome your involvement.  It is my desire to work with you as a partner to ensure your child's success in education.                                     bjohnson@cpsbla.us
