Majority to Minority Transfers
The voluntary Majority to Minority transfer option allows a student whose race is in the majority at his or her zoned school to transfer to another school in the district where the student's race is not in the majority as defined by the consent order. A majority is defined by the largest percentage of students by race.
Kindergarten through 12th grade students can apply. Applications will be accepted from May 23, 2025 through July 10, 2025. You may apply by electronically completing and submitting this online form. Paper applications are also accepted. A paper application can be picked up at Concordia Parish School Board, 4894 Highway 84 West, Vidalia, LA 71373 from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.
Applications will not be considered or accepted after the deadline.
