Morgan Cerniglia is a dedicated educator with over 11 years of experience in education. Originally from State College, PA, she has spent the past four years serving as the ESL Specialist for Concordia Parish, where she works tirelessly to support multilingual students and empower their teachers with effective instructional strategies.
Morgan is a recognized leader in the field of EL education, currently serving as the President of Louisiana TESOL (LaTESOL) and as the Founder and Executive Director of the Louisiana Association for Bilingual Education (LABE). Through these roles, she advocates for equitable language education policies and promotes best practices for bilingual and multilingual learners across the state.
Passionate about improving EL education at all levels, Morgan is committed to both direct student support and professional development for educators. She believes that by equipping classroom teachers with the knowledge and tools to support ELs effectively, all students can access rigorous, grade-level instruction and thrive academically.
