2027 OGB Annual Enrollment
The Louisiana Office of Group Benefits (OGB) Annual Enrollment period for the 2027 plan year is October 1 through November 15, 2026.
During Annual Enrollment, eligible employees may review their current health insurance coverage and make changes for the upcoming plan year. New premium rates will take effect January 1, 2027.
Do I Need to Take Action?
If you wish to remain in your current OGB health plan with the same covered dependents, no action is required. Your current health coverage will automatically continue for the 2027 plan year.
Employees who wish to change health plans, add or remove eligible dependents, enroll in coverage, or drop coverage should make those changes during Annual Enrollment.
Important for HSA/FSA participants: If you are enrolled in a Health Savings Account (HSA) and/or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and wish to contribute in 2027, you must make a new contribution election for the 2027 plan year. HSA and FSA contribution elections do not automatically carry over from year to year.
