Section 504

APPROPRIATE EDUCATION FOR HANDICAPPED  

• • The Concordia Parish School Board will identify, evaluate and provide an appropriate public education to students who are handicapped within the meaning of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. 
  •  Due process rights of handicapped students and their parents under Section 504 will be enforced.
