The ACT is a standardized entrance exam used by colleges to measure high school student readiness for college-level work. Most students begin taking the ACT in 11th grade, and some even in 10th. The highest possible score is a 36. Scoring a 20 as only an 8th grade student is REMARKABLE!!!

What a wonderful turnout at our "Meet the Teachers" event! Concordia Parish Academy families were warmly welcomed and had the opportunity to meet our fantastic staff, visit classrooms, and drop off school supplies to kick off the new year. Attendees heard valuable insights from our presenters—Southern University Upward Bound TRIO, LSU AgCenter 4-H, Nurse Billie Maddox, and Principal Christina Purnell. Students also jumped right into school spirit by signing up for the TRIO Program, 4-H Club, Chess Club, and our Video Gaming Team. Thank you to all the families who joined us for such an informative and exciting evening 🍎✨
